Startup folders in windows are located in these directory
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
and
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp
To access from the run dialog
Open the Run function dialog box by pressing the Windows key + R key simultaneously.
